The Bustin Boards “Yoface“ is a 7-ply maple double-kick that is 35” in length and 9” in width. This board is designed with tech-sliding, bowl riding and street shredding in mind.
The Testing:
In order to test the Yoface we took it out to the streets of our local hood and hit a few of our favorite spots.
Results/Findings:
Pros:
The Yoface’s 16 ½” wheelbase and wide standing-plateform combine for added stability, especially when sliding and riding transitions. The wheelwells and integrated concave over the wheelwells both minimize wheelbite and lock in your feet when kicking out slides.
Cons:
This a beefy deck, so some technical flip tricks take a bit more effort, and although the concave over the wheelwells serves their purpose, it also take some getting used to.
Overall:
The Yoface is a stiff and really fun double-kick shredder. It’s ample length and width make it ideal for bowls, park shredding, and overall street shralping. The wheelwells and unique wheelwell-concave combine to majorly reduce wheelbite. This is a big board designed for big fun.
