…Or perhaps ever, for that matter. It has been announced today, via Pagan Downhill’s Facebook page, that the Buffalo Bill Downhill Bloodspill will not return for the 2013 race season. As sad as it is for the downhill skateboarding community, we have hopes that this will open up more opportunities for the ColoRADo racing scene.
It is with great sadness that Pagan Downhill must announce that after 4 epic and eventful races, BBDH will not be happening this year…I am an idealist, and the integrity of the race is my main concern.
I have always chosen to focus on the riders, and not the business side of the race, and I hope this has cemented BBDH as one the best races anywhere. I have poured my heart and soul into the event, and will always be grateful for the opportunity to do the race and the support we have received from the DH community…Pagan Downhill is moving on to bigger and better things, and I am excited for the future of DH skateboarding in Colorado….stay tuned!! I look forward to seeing everyone at Pikes Peak in September!keep it pagan

Best wishes to you, Justin, and your crew of event monsters. Good things will come! Perhaps there’s even something up your sleeve that you’ve yet to discuss! *Excitement!* Pike’s Peak is on the horizon, so there’s still some Coloradan downhill skateboarding action to look forward to for the early fall.
