I Left My Heart In San Francisco: Episode 4
“To quote the venerable prophet George Clinton: “It’s a party, y’all!” We keep this in mind here in our home turf of the Sunset District. San Francisco is a special place with incredible vistas and jaw-dropping cinematic scenery. While many visitors may trek to skate the wonderful wave that we call home, we feel it is important to show the way we like to rock our spot: Style. Party hearty . . .
The Sliders troops assemble in the morning to share their lust for illustrious eggs—straight eggs in fact—because when we want the funk we want the whole funk, the un-cut funk, and nothing but the funk. While on an egg hunt we find time to wiggle wildly about the streets, not as a herd of turtles, but instead a sea of slithering serpents spraying sauces of varying delight to mark the spots we’ve searched. The whole afternoon is filled with continuous pack runs as wiggleboarders constantly rotate between steady group lurking and putting in work at each of our spots. This ebb and flow of funk and freshness forms our hallmark video “Straight Eggs”. If you visit the Sunset in order to taste our local culinary delight, you can expect to see Sliders out, doing exactly this, having a great time as a huge skateboarding family and crushing all obstacles in our path with a smile . . .”

I Left My Heart In San Francisco: Episode 3
“Greetings and salutations from the place we call home! This month, Doug E. Fresh, the Sunset Sliders Chief Engineer, brings us a whimsical edit of how the Sunset Sliders conduct an invasion of Lurkadurkistan.
Now that our Bus has her fitting-touch of color and pizazz, we have begun an invasion—starting first in the critical location of home. Stage-one involves a systematic infiltration of the local transit system in order to learn all the curves of our native environment. By efficiently moving our Wiggleboarding Troops throughout the urban matrix, we can assemble and disperse with lightning quickness. Concordant with this task is the proper exploration of the local flora and fauna as we search for nutritional sources. These include the sweet nectar of bursting bush-barrels, the protein-acious smack of driveway slashing, and most importantly, the heavy carbohydrate-load of taking in the sunset on the beach and catching some jellyfish.
Our agents stalk in fine, feline form—moving through the ether of skateboarding space—focusing on having a good time and sharing rad experiences with each other. Whether it be taking the Sliders Bus to an event in a faraway land or riding a beach bomb that ends in a walk in the sand, all these activities encompass the invasion of Lurkadurkistan.
Come join us, the revolution is now. . . “

I Left My Heart In San Francisco: Episode 2
“In this second installment we, the Sunset Sliders, bring to you a stellar story of growth, gains, gnarboots and of course girth. In this Northern California update, the segundo piso of skateboarding style, we introduce the incorporated city of Sunset Sliders, California. With the recent explosion of talent in and around the Bay Area, we decided to start our own city and fill it with all the fine trappings that any crew of shredders could desire.
A public transportation system with underwriting from Caliber Truck Company helps to teleport all of our citizens from session, to event, to party, to session, and so forth. Sunset Sliders merely need wait by the newly created City of Sunset Sliders Bus-Stops in order to be whisked away to a bumping session teeming with fellow skaters. Another statute of our newly formulated city code was instituting 24-hour donut shops for the people! Fine cruelers will surely fortify the future for skateboarders in our fine city.
The joys of creating our own city don’t stop there for we, much like the Swazilandians in South Africa, find ourselves surrounded by the constructs set-forth by the surrounding cities of the San Francisco Bay Area. At times, it is necessary for our citizens to enter nimble ninja-mode in order to occupy top-notch roads without being noticed. To do this we allotted the totality of our public spending to the sciences and, lo and behold ,with that support we’ve figured out how to control our local weather on the microcosmic level. Now, when in need of evasive maneuvers, we can conjure a dense fog to blanket our brethren as we slip away unnoticed. . . ”
