The Loaded crew just released a new board in their lineup and they’re callin’ it the Fattail. It’s the board that replaces their older Pintail model—looks like a pretty fun ride—this video of Dane Webber and Dustin Hampton ripping the L.A. streets really makes us want to go out and shred on one of these puppies. Get some!
Exclusive Sneak Peak: The New Concrete Wave Cover
Here is an exclusive “sneak peak” at the next cover of Concrete Wave Magazine, which is set to hit shelves in September. So Epic! The image was taken by Wheelbase’s Marcus Bandy and features Arbor rider Eric Singer getting shreddy at a very, very gnarly spot. This shot is extra special to Eric because it is the first photo he’s ever had in a magazine. Way to hit a home run brothaman! Anyway, we are extremely stoked that Concrete Wave publisher, Michael Brooke, hooked this cover shot up for these boys. Thanks Michael!
As this is just a “sneak peak” of the cover of CW Vol 10 no 2, we’re not sure yet as to what all will be featured inside this issue. That said, there is a rumor of an 8 page photo portfolio featuring the images of Wheelbase’s Marcus Bandy. More on this in the coming weeks. Shredlove.

Ohio Downhill Skate presents: Soldiers of Downhill 2011! Come ride the infamous, “Jester Hill,” in beautiful Bainbridge Ohio, (45612), during The Fall Festival of the Leaves. Eat a fried snickers bar, sleep in an abandon school, party with the locals, and go really fast down a fun hill! October 15-16, 2011. 9am Saturday to 6pm Sunday. Two days of luge and skate! Day One: practice runs all day Day two: practice runs/race Required gear: full-face helmet and leathers. Discipline: Downhill (Camping at the bottom of the hill is free with registration.) Video: French Fries and Dogs Eyes
Definitely some good videos coming out this week. here’s one of ‘em: It’s a short but ever-so-sweet video from our friends over at Orangatang. This video features our shredbrothas Maxim Garant & Jacko Gnarsteeze. From the looks of the particular flora, the angle of the sun, as well as the asphalt coloration we’d say that the location is somewhere a few hours north of LA. Hmmm? No matter where this video was filmed it makes ya want to shred. Great work guys! Get some.
Video: Aaron Grulich, Never Falling Down
Aaron is a radical Bay Area Ripper and a Wheelbase homie for sure—dude’s skating is both stylish and fast. At 19, he’s already killing it, and it’s scary to think he’s got plenty of years ahead of him to get even gnarlier. We definitely suggest that you check out this new video release from the dudes over at Abec 11. Make note of the musical choice in this vid as well . Living Legends kill it! Two thumbs up.
