Back in October I was in New York City visiting for the Broadway Bomb. Near the end of the weekend, I was chilling at a little get-together with (Marcus) Bandito. After laughing over awful selfie pictures, and chatting about the east coast skate scene, we somehow lead toward working on ideas for a Wheelbase column. . . After chatting on the interweb for a bit, we have landed here.

First and foremost, my name is John Kreutter, I am from Maryland, and this is my column, titled Kreutter’s Kronicles. I am seventeen years old, and in about a few months from now I will be an official big-kid. Reigning from the East Coast, I skate a wide range of rideables, similar to the terrain and weather around here. I love skating, and my life definitely revolves around it. Luckily, my homie Spencer Flaherty is usually around to capture it all, and all of my sponsors are down to support it.

Upon scrolling Kreutter’s Kronicles, your eyes may experience a wide concoction of stories, gifs, tigers, whatever floats my boat. I travel pretty frequently due to help from my generous sponsors, and I’d like to focus on sharing my travels through this column. I really plan on keeping it fun, and giving another view of what’s going on in the east coast scene as well as giving a view of what is going on behind the scenes. I’m very happy to be working with Wheelbase Magazine in a new way, and am really pumped to have a nice place on the internet to spread my doings. Anyway, thanks for reading, and be sure to check back next month for the real deal.
