The Mt. Tabor Downhill Challenge is back for its fourth round! This year’s Challenge will take place on July 26th in Portland, Oregon. If you’re planning on being in the area (or would like to plan on it!) take a look at the info below (direct from event organizer Billy Meiners), the video above, and the Facebook event page right over here. (Registration and full details will be available on the official website in the near future but, at the time of this post, this is all we’ve got!)
This is going to be the 4th year for the Mt. Tabor Downhill Challenge. As you probably already know, it’s an old-school themed race. Anybody in the open class has to adopt an old-school stance when competing. The groms can use whatever tuck they want and so can the masters. We’ll start up around 9:30am with practice runs, take a lunch break and then start racing shortly after. Full face and gloves required. Entry fee is $75.
