MuirSkate Longboard Shop‘s 2014 Downhill Disco is a three day downhill skateboarding event that will take place on the weekend of April 11-13. The 2014 Disco is the fifth-annual and is guaranteed to be filled with just as much fun as the rest! The general theme of the event is getting rad on skateboards, which makes it something we’ve grown quite fond throughout the years.
Ramps, rails, boxes, rollers, kickers, and cones ensure that the course will be plenty of fun for riders of all ages and skill levels. There will also be plenty of “serious” features for riders looking to raise the gnar bar. In years past, Brian Bishop, Daniel Couch, Tyler Howell, and a serious number of other well-known riders graced the course with their rad moves and significant amount of air-time.
The schedule for the weekend is as follows:
- Friday, April 11 - Meet & Greet at the MuirSkate Warehouse - 4:00-6:00pm
- Saturday, April 12 - Downhill Ramp/Slide Jam! - 11:00am-Sunset
- Saturday Night, April 12 - Disco Party at the MuirSkate Warehouse feat. Special Guest(s)! - 7:00pm-Midnight
- Sunday, April 13 - The Downhill Disco Cones Course Time Trial! - 11:00am-Sunset
