The Kegel—known to most outside our industry as the muscle of the tussle—is a really large wheel for conquering the really large hills in your neighborhood. What’s that? You don’t have a hill with 29 180° turns and a 9,000 ft change in elevation? Don’t worry, Tamara Prader and Patrick Switzer have already demonstrated what that’s like in the video above. We’re used to seeing Tamara and Patrick as swipes of color blazing past our eyes, covered neck-to-ankle in leathers, so this relaxed co-ed/couples run edit was received refreshingly and reminded us that it’s also possible to just enjoy the ride on wheels that can also dominate the Maryhill Festival of Speed.
