Port City Daze is our latest video series and features our friends shredding in the Wheelbase hood. This ongoing series is focused on thrashing and slashing in Long Beach, San Pedro, and the surrounding Port of Los Angeles area.
To kick off this new motion picture series we rang our Canadian bro/Bruce/yeah guy, Eric Jensen. He was down for the cause—stoked on it in fact— so we met up with him a few weeks back and shralped some spots near HQ. What you see here is the product of our very first Port City Daze session featuring Eric Jensen. Just so ya know, Jensen rides for Comet Skateboards, Caliber Trucks, Switchbacks Longboard Shop, Yeehaw! Gear, and Volante Wheels.
Side note: We filmed this video in one afternoon—not sure if we will ever be able to say that again? Jensen straight-up killed it!
BTW, the music featured in this video is by Calexico, the track is titled “Crystal Frontier (Wide screen Version)” and is from their album Even My Sure Things Fall Apart.
Marcus Bandy & Seth Brown filmed this vid and Seth did all the sweet editing and titles. We’re stoked on it and we hope you are too. Now we’ll shut up so you can go skate. Peace!
