OG professional skateboarder Anthony Shetler of All I Need Skateboards has a longstanding podcast called The Shetler Show—the first of it’s kind in fact and with over 200 interviews of skateboarding’s finest, as well as with other radical humans of interest.
Anyway, Anthony just dropped a new The Shetler Show episode featuring Wheelbase Mag’s founder and editor in chief Marcus Bandy. It’s a doozy—packed to the brim with an hour-long conversation amongst old friends about the founding of Wheelbase, finding skateboarding as an outcast in the mid 80s; as well as candid discussions about growing up amongst violence, drug abuse, Christian cults, as well as current familial homelessness.
