Excuse us while we bust this sweet booster in the upper stratosphere—A.K.A.: welcome to our new Weekly Wrap-Up for August 29 through September 4, 2015. This week, as per usual, we bring you rad news from across the skateboarding landscape and packaged here so you don’t have to get lost on the internet—but rather get rad right here!
Alex Colorito, Orangatang’s Minnesota rider made the excursion out to the west coast and this rad video is the result. Good vibes, skating, music—it’s good. Watch it and get fired up for the holiday weekend.
You good and well that it’s not all hills here at Wheelbase—we always love to see skaters ripping delicious DIY shit too. Basically, don’t sleep on this new Creature Skateboards edit featuring Peter Raffin hitting The Junkyard.
We are missing Canada bug time, but until we get back up there this just-released this new team edit from Predator Helmets and featuring Camilo Cespedes, Mike Fitter, Api Ihaia, and Marisa Nuñez shredding hills in and around Vancouver and beyond will tide us over in the meantime.
The Santa Gnarbara posse is putting in work as of late and this new Space Exploration video featuring Thomas Flinchbaugh, Caden Castellini, and Dave Billesbach is fun times and a quality peep before a weekend of shredding.
Action Boardshop went live with this new vid featuring Matthew Deitch in Voss, Norway. An epic location and hill indeed! Solid and p;awful skating by Matt as expected.

Also, we are stoked to hear that El Beasto of Muir Skate is all healed up from his various surgeries and is charging the hills of SD as fast as ever. Hell yeah , Scott!
Our homie Thomas Flinchbaugh of Santa Gnarbara (and much of the media stuff behind Arbor’s Sucrose Initiative) has just launched as web store on the Santa Gnarbara site which features (as exampled above here) killer poster prints, various stickers, and handprinted t-shirts, with plans for a lot more coming soon! Tom’s all the design work, photography, and website/orders and has recruited a few homies like Dave Dunaetz & Caden Castellini to help me make it all happen. Skater owned and skater ran. That is what’s up—please support by checking it out and copping some goods.
