Let the stoke be invoked! Wheelbase has teamed up with a few of the raddest skaters and brands in order to bring you this summertime Skate-Expedition: Up North, Down Hills.
Our van, filled with skaters, and photographers; will leave Southern California at the crack-of-breakfast on June 24 and work its way up the west coast and ultimately on to to Goldendale, Washington for the Maryhill “Festival Of Speed” downhill skateboard race.
Along the way, we will be skating some insane terrain and stopping off for a handful of Community Sessions. The Up North, Down Hills sessions will take place in Santa Cruz, San Fransisco, and Portland, OR. Wheelbase will be there to cover each event, so if you’d like to meet up with us and skate, BBQ, try your luck at the Wheel of Misfortune, or maybe even have a chance to be in Wheelbase Magazine; please make note of the time and dates on the filer above and then check back here at Wheelbasemag.com or the Up North, Down Hills: facebook event page, as this is where we’ll be announcing any undisclosed event locations. We will make the location announcements the night before the actual event.
