Pushing. As skateboarders, we all do it. Some of us aren’t too fond of it (Can’t I just GO?), and others are super gung-ho and training like it’s the Tour de France. Push races — like the Golden Gate Park Push Race — come in to play in an interesting manner: The less-than-stoked individuals find themselves stoked to be a part of something with their closest amigos and soon-to-be-newly-appointed amigos, while the Mr. Legstrongs in the crowd get to test their strengths! Winning all around! Even more winning if you’re the first place pusher like Ari Chamasmany of Paris Truck Co. The Paris team made its way up to Theba Yarea for the GGPPR last week and had some fun along they way. And, in line with the Wheelbase philosophy, these cats took it upon themselves to skate a little bit of everything and include it in their push race recap vid. Skate on, brethren!
