The crew at Comet Skateboards has been hard at work crafting a new form of construction for a select few decks in their lineup. This “Air-Frame” Construction came to fruition by way of collaboration with the Paul Schmitt and is able to create a deck that is 25% lighter and more responsive than the original. Mr. Liam Morgan was lucky enough to get his deck thrown in to the mix and even got a video put together to bring it on home. Complete with all types of bells and whistles and boards and wheels, this black-and-white edit showcases Liam doing what he does best: riding skateboards and lookin’ good.
Motorcycles and skateboards. Sounds like something we’d find a way to weasel in to, right? You’re so observant. This is where we, #WheelbaseFam, were lucky enough to get involved! Our very own Editor-in-Chief Marcus Bandy was in charge of the lens, news dude Seth Brown wrangled up the edit, and Thomas Iturraran & Ryan Evans provided the necessary support to make it all happen! As you can guess, we’re pretty stoked on this piece. If you’ve got some thoughts of your own, drop them in the comments section below!
