As mentioned last week: Cathlamet Corral is right around the corner on August 21-23, 2015! Here’s last year’s video from that event. We just hit up Central Mass 6 event and our official recap is coming soon. Next month, make sure to hit Pikes Peak Downhill on Sept 11 &12, 2015. To all the Texans and other who like rad events in a rad city make sure to check out The Patriot Race ,and other cool stuff, going on in Austin, Texas on Labor Day weekend (Sept 4-6, 2015). Rider news/gossip: Mr. Troy Yardwaste has joined the Landyachtz team, and there’s a vid to peep too. In other Yardwaste news, there seems to have been some sort of finish line mixup involving he and Max Ballesteros at a recent race in France. . . It’s unclear as to what exactly happened, but last time we checked their Facebook pages they were fired-up with contentious comments and such. . . Also, many a homie got bricked at Central Mass 6: Khaleeq Alfred had his shin basehed, Levi Green may have broken his femur, Mike Ryan definitely jacked his toe, our editor Marcus Bandy took one to the camera and the face by William Royce‘s board during the Big Air event, and homegirl Neena from FL rocked her dome during the DH race. That said, all are healing and doing fine now, and it’s definitely par for the course as ya gotta pay to play in the skateboard game. Fact.
