Welcome Video: Dave Tannaci Joins Riviera Skateboards
Our friends over at Riviera Skateboards have been making moves lately. Not only have they recently launched a brand-new website featuring some awesome videos and other rider content, but they also added Wheelbase homie and Sunset Sliders “Big Dave” Tannaci to their team of Riviera Enthusiast. Anywho, here’s Dave’s welcome video as well as a couple words from both Dave and Riviera about this new shred partnership.
“Upon scouring the Universe for Riviera Enthusiasts, we stumbled upon a man named Dave Tannaci. Dave has a natural inkling toward the more obscure and unique aspects of skateboard riding. This is something we at Riviera hold in high regard and encourage. Dave’s skating is not bound by any political agenda nor does it fall into any certain category, he just skates the way he wants. He skates at high speeds down hills, slides around corners, carves bowls and backyard pools. He can kick around the park and the streets with a really smooth and natural style that is pleasant to watch. He shapes and builds his own boards for his skating needs. We are happy to be working with Dave toward building boards that not only meet his skating needs, but that also feed the needs of skaters that are on a similar path. He’s truly a unique character, full of energy and wit and willing to share his love for skateboarding with the next generation. . . what more could you ask for in a skater riding your boards?! We’re more than proud to have him as part of our growing family and look forward to doing everything we can to support his skateboarding abilities. Big Love for Big Dave!”
